" This house is situated within Seymour Place, Odiham, a cul-de-sac on just 27 privately owned homes, all with a garage.

The accommodation comprises, entrance hall, living room, dining room, conservatory, study, cloakroom and kitchen. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, there is also a separate bathroom. Externally, the grounds are well maintained and there is a garage.

Seymour Place benefits from an estate manager and there is 24 hour emergency cover in place. Properties can be bought and sold on the open market, they are sold on a 999 year lease starting from March 1984. The cost of providing service and amenities is shared equally between all properties. Owners are consulted annually regarding costs and there are no ground rents and no restrictions on ownership, except that one resident must be over 55 years of age. We understand the current annual charges to be circa ?3,000 per annum, this includes building insurance and water charges.

The Basingstoke Canal runs through the northern edge of the village with towpath walks. The larger local towns of Farnham and Basingstoke provide a wider range of shopping, recreational and leisure facilities.

The M3 (Junc. 5) is within easy reach providing fast access to the national motorway network as well as Heathrow, Gatwick and Southampton Airports. Mainline railway stations can be found in nearby Hook & Winchfield, both serve London Waterloo in about an hour.
