" The property was formerly an Edwardian residence which was divided to provide two dwellings, the current owners have sympathetically enhanced the property, now offering elegant and well balanced interiors. The entrance porch has a quarry tiled floor and the front door opens to an L-shaped reception hall giving access to two staircases serving the first floor. A delightful front aspect living room has a feature bay window with sash windows and open fireplace. The adjacent dining room has an archway opening to the kitchen/breakfast room, installed by Neptune and has an excellent range of bespoke hand painted cabinets complemented by contrasting worksurfaces and limestone flooring. There is a built-in larder and access to a utility room and walk-in storage cupboard. A further door gives access to the garage.
