" Ashdene Cottage is a charming 3 bedroom, semi-detached cottage located in quiet corner of the rural village of Eversley.



Situated on the quiet Chequers Lane, Ashdene presents modernised cottage accommodation in a peaceful rural location, with open plan spaces, cosy reception rooms, spacious garden and character features throughout.




Entering through the front door presents you with a spacious open plan hallway and family room with exposed timber floors and views all the way through to the expansive rear garden. The sitting room is front aspect with a charming bay window seat and feature fireplace.

The kitchen/diner is open plan to the family room and provides more exposed timberwork, another feature fireplace and leads on to the utility room and downstairs WC.

The timber stairs are lined with LED lights which lead you up to the landing, which has another fireplace as you walk through into the Master Bedroom.
