" A nicely presented three bedroom semi detached house with a lovely south facing garden backing onto Bishopswood Golf Course. The house is located in a quiet residential road and is in need of a little updating but offers great scope to extend (STPP). The accommodation includes entrance hall, living room, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, utility room, three bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside there is a good sized rear garden, driveway for several vehicles and garage with additional garden to side.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor The accommodation is via the front door with canopy entrance porch leading to the entrance hall, which provides access to both the living room and kitchen and has stairs rising to the first floor with useful storage cupboard under. The living room to the front of the property has a double glazed window and feature wall mounted gas fire with archway leading to the dining room. The dining room is a lovely size with serving hatch to kitchen and patio doors leading to the conservatory. The conservatory is uPVC framed construction with windows and sliding doors providing access to the garden.
