" Gascoigne Pees - A mature four double bedroom detached house with three reception rooms and an attached workshop, not far from town. The attractively decorated accommodation provides excellent living space with flexibility for families that may require ground floor sleeping accommodation. The entrance hall connects with two of the reception rooms and the kitchen/breakfast room, plus it has built-in storage beneath the stairs. The lounge is a front to rear room with sliding patio doors opening to the rear garden, a stone fireplace and access into each of the further reception rooms. The second largest reception room is a similarly sized family room that is again front to rear, with windows overlooking each garden and may be used as a formal dining room. The third reception room connects with the hall and lounge and has previously served as a ground floor bedroom. The updated kitchen/breakfast room continues the front to rear pattern and provides a range of cream base and wall units with ample work surfaces, spaces for appliances and a breakfast table. With internal access, the workshop has access from the kitchen, front garden and rear garden and is a useful space that holds further potential subject to usual consents. The first-floor landing has built-in storage and a front facing window. The master bedroom includes fitted triple wardrobes with sliding doors.
