The property is situated in the hamlet of Worlds End just south of the small downland village of Beedon which has a 13th century church, pubrestaurant and primary school. Newbury is about 7 miles to the south west and has comprehensive shopping, recreational and leisure facilities. Oxford, Reading, Swindon, and London are all within easy daily commuting.
