" A detached family home which sits in an elevated position, with a terrace from the sitting room affording a pleasant aspect towards woodland opposite. The property has excellent accommodation arranged over two floors. There is an entrance vestibule which leads into the main hallway. This in turn gives access to the main reception rooms including the study, dining room and the sitting room, the latter being of generous proportion with floor to ceiling sliding doors onto the terrace to the front of the property. There is also a kitchen and downstairs WC. The first floor offers a master bedroom with en-suite plus four further bedrooms and family bathrooms. All the bedrooms have fitted cupboards.

Situation
The property is located almost equidistant between the heart of Newbury and the heart of Thatcham, with both towns offering major communications, with rail links at both Thatcham and Newbury. The M4 motorway junction is under 3 miles North of the town. Newbury has an abundance of good restaurants, theatres, cinema, shopping and recreational activities. More locally, there are some excellent retail outlets on the route into Newbury including Tesco and Lidle. The area has the advantage of good local schooling, both primary and secondary.

Outside
Sitting well back from the road, the driveway provides parking for a number of cars in front of the double garage. Steps lead up to the front door so in effect the ground floor is situated in part over the garage.
