The house offers great sized living space which has been further enhanced by the addition a smart conservatory with views down the garden. Accommodation includes entrance hall, cloakroom, large living room with dining area, kitchen, study area, conservatory, three bedrooms and smart shower room. Outside there is driveway parking for two cars and very pretty west facing garden to rear.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor An extended entrance hall leads into the large bay fronted living room with feature gas fireplace. There is a dining area to the rear with patio doors leading onto the conservatory. The kitchen, located to the rear of the property, has direct access onto the patio area of the garden and also to the front where there is a cloakroom and study area accessed off the hallway. First floor To the front of the property is a lovely large bay fronted bedroom with further double and single bedrooms to the rear with views down the garden.
