" An extended and smartly presented three bedroom semi detached cottage with stunning rural views within walking distance of the nearby village of Hampstead Norreys. The village, which is in the Downs School catchment has a primary school, public house, community shop and village hall. The accommodation comprises triple aspect living room, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom, rear lobby, master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms, bathroom, garden to rear and driveway parking for two cars.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor The accommodation is accessed via a front door with canopy porch into the dining room which then provides access to the living room, kitchen and first floor. The living room is triple aspect and has French doors leading onto the rear garden. A brick built fireplace is a feature of the dining room which has exposed beams to ceiling. The kitchen has a smart and tidy appearance with a window overlooking the rear garden as well as to the front. It has a smart range of eye and low-level units with built-in cooker as well as plumbing for both washing machine and dishwasher. There is access to the rear lobby and cloakroom and again there are exposed beams to ceiling.
