" Smartly presented modern three bedroom semi-detached house in a small cul-de-sac of similar properties close to the heart of the village and within easy walking distance of the primary school. The property has an en-suite to the master bedroom, decent size south-west facing garden and solar panelling which gives additional heating to the hot water system. Accommodation includes entrance hall, cloakroom, living/dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, master bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms and family bathroom. Double glazing, electric central heating, garage with driveway and garden to rear. NO ONWARD CHAIN. LOCATION Kintbury is a sought after village approximately six miles due west of Newbury. This pretty village offers a range of amenities including church, doctors surgery, local stores, butchers, hairdressers and several public houses. There is a main line train station into Newbury, Reading and London Paddington and also Hungerford and the West Country. The village has a local primary school and is surrounded by beautiful countryside with lovely walks along the banks of the Kennet & Avon canal.

Follow the road up a slight incline, turning right into Burtons Hill then first right into Gainsborough Avenue. Proceed down a slight hill into Hop Gardens, following the road round to the right.
