" Rivendell is a detached red brick bungalow located on a quiet back lane in this much sought after village, occupying a generous plot of approximately one quarter of an acre.

The property is in need of some updating and offers bright spacious rooms including a kitchen, sitting room, dining room/third bedroom, bathroom and two further double bedrooms. Outside, the rear garden stretches approximately 150ft from the back of the property and is mostly laid to lawn with mature trees, boarders and shrubbery. To front is a gravel driveway with parking for several cars, along with a small garden and a carport with garden store at the rear.

East Garston is a picturesque village on the River Lambourn, within the Lambourn Valley, an area renowned for its racehorse training, gallops and beautiful countryside. The village is highly sought-after, benefitting from limited through-traffic and good amenities including a church, village hall and an active social club as well as the renowned Queen Arms pub. There is a primary school locally in Great Shefford and nearby towns Hungerford, Newbury, Marlborough and Wantage all offer a wide selection of shops and leisure facilities. Communications are excellent by road via the M4 and by rail via Hungerford (Paddington in approximately 65 minutes).
