" Located in Wash Common, a very sought after location in the Park house school catchment area with, local shops, doctors surgery and dentist all within a very short walk. Newbury town centre is just over 1 mile distant with a main line rail service to Paddington and easy access to the M4 situated 3 miles to the north of the town.
Built in the 1930s a traditionally built semi detached house with a good sized garden . Maintained over the years with the benefits of double glazed windows , wood kitchen and open fireplaces . The property offers three bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor. To the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. The property is nicely presented but would benefit from some updating .
