" A fantastic 5 bedroom detached family home located in this prestigious development. The current owners have lived in the property for 20 years and bought the property from Berkeley Homes. The property has excellent living accommodation with plenty of storage. There are 4 main reception rooms which all lie off a welcoming entrance hall and include study, dining room, family room and spacious sitting room with fireplace and bay window. There is a good sized kitchen breakfast room with a range of units and views over the rear garden. On the first floor there are 5 good size bedrooms and a family bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a two large fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.

Situation
The property is exclusively located within the development of 'The Chase' in Donnington which is on the northern edge of Newbury town. This accessible location offers access to rail and road communication routes including the M4 motorway (junction 13) via the A34 Newbury bypass and Newbury Station provides access to London Paddington in under an hour.
