A charming and characterful, period cottage, a stones throw from Newbury town centre. This cottage benefits from off street parking, gas central heating, a fully enclosed rear garden and great communication links. 

This two bedroom semi detached cottage is a real gem. The property has lots of character and also boasts good sized rooms. The accommodation is cosy and comprises porch space to hang coats and shoes, two good size reception rooms downstairs, one with an open fire and wooden flooring, really good size kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven and space for washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a door leading to the back garden which is mainly laid lawn and steps up to a decking area which catches a lot of the afternoon sunshine.
