" A very cute three bedroom semi detached cottage believed to date back to the 1860's set back from the road up a track. The house has been modernised but still retains lots of charm and character. Accommodation includes entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room with wood burner, kitchen, WC/utility room, two double bedrooms, further bedroom and bathroom with separate shower. Outside there is driveway parking for four cars and a lovely garden surrounding the property.

ACCOMMODATION Ground floor Front door into a lovely entrance hall, full of character, with exposed quarry tiles and double glazed French doors leading onto the garden. The entrance hall also provides access to both principal downstairs reception rooms and first floor accommodation.
