" Well presented three bedroom semi-detached property within a quiet road in Speen, not far to the north west of Newbury town centre. The property is within easy access of the A34 and M4 and there are lovely countryside walks nearby. The flexible accommodation comprises entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast room, living room, bathroom, WC, bedroom 3/study, stairs from hall to first floor with master bedroom, and second bedroom with en-suite WC. Benefits include upvc double glazing, garage, driveway parking, gas-fired central heating and pretty south facing garden.

ACCOMMODATION Ground Floor Through front door to hallway with kitchen extension into breakfast room with door to garden. Off the hall is also the living room, again with door to patio and garden. To the front of the property is a separate WC and bathroom. Bedroom 3/study with door through to garage. First Floor Stairs from hallway to first floor landing with bedroom 1 to the rear of the property and bedroom 2 to the front of the property with en-suite WC.
