" Arriving at this charming cottage, a path leads through the pretty front garden to the front door. The entrance hall opens into the double reception which accommodates both the sitting room and dining room. These areas are calm and elegantly presented with painted wooden floors, windows at the front and rear which flood these rooms with natural light. There is an attractive traditional working fireplace within the sitting room. The kitchen features a range of storage units and a range style cooker and twin butler sinks. French doors open onto a patio. There are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom located at the front of the property and this room features a wall of fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom serves all three bedrooms.

Situation
The property is set in the charming village of Warren Row, situated approximately 3 miles to the East of Henley. The village is close to Crazies Hill Primary School and within the catchment area for the highly regarded Wargrave Piggott schools. Wargrave is within 3 miles with shops for day to day needs, the river Thames and station serving Paddington. Direct train services from Maidenhead or Twyford are available to Paddington. Crossrail will arrive in 2019. The M4 and M40 Motorways are also easily accessed.
