Large detached family home in the highly sought after area of Hoghton.  The house boasts of gorgeous views overlooking green fields which are registered with the Local Council as G4 protected land and is protected from development (see council planning).  

On entry to the property you are greeted with a large hallway. The large kitchen diner is fitted with modern appliances, traditional range cooker, shaker cupboards, quartz worktops, stone flooring, lots of storage space, plenty of period features including exposed beams and views out over the landscaped gardens and fields beyond.
