" This detached, attractive 'one off' architect designed family home is situated in a conservation road close to historic Havant town centre and mainline railway station.

The house is a quality residence offering a good size entrance hall, large reception rooms, oak kitchen, cloakroom, four bedrooms, one with en suite shower, one with vanity and family bathroom. The property is double glazed, has cavity wall insulation, gas heating and a CIA intruder alarm.

Situation
Lymbourn Road is a cul-de-sac consisting largely of character cottages and No 37 can be found at the far end. The house is opposite a wild flower meadow and has an historic 'Twitten' footpath leading to Wade Court Road and Warblington in one direction and Havant in the other.

Nearby is the Hayling Billy cycle and footpath which provides delightful walks to the coast around Langstone Harbour.
