" A truly attractive and deceptively large family home, upgraded over the years, 8 First Avenue has much to offer a prospective purchaser with versatile and spacious accommodation. With diamond leaded windows to the front and some parquet flooring, the property has much character and charm. Set back from the road with plenty of off road parking and an integral tandem garage, the house has a good sized sitting room leading into the dining room overlooking the long landscaped rear garden as does the 19` kitchen/breakfast room. The family room looks out over the front and there is also a study, utility room and shower room with WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with good storage and fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. Outside the secluded garden, in a plot of over 1/3 acre, is mainly laid to lawn with mature hedging, mixed borders, and shrubs including cotinus, philadelphus and a willow tree, with fruit trees, green house and shed.
