" Seeing is believing!..... Yes this character chalet bungalow looks very nice from the outside, but in our opinion, it does not do it justice. Once you are inside we are sure you will agree because the unassuming nature of this property means you don't appreciate the depth, natural light, generous room dimensions throughout and stunning rear garden just by doing a drive by.The bungalow was built circa 1932 but over the years it has been transformed into a fantastic versatile family home by way of loft and ground floor extensions. These extensions have created 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a beautiful kitchen/dining/family room, which we are sure is where you will spend most of your time. It really is the heart of the home where the children can be doing their homework or you can be entertaining guests, whilst ensuring your efforts in the kitchen go unspoilt. The sitting room is a great place to unwind after a busy day and in the winter months the wood burning stove creates a really relaxing and cosy environment.Working from home? The study enjoys views over the rear garden which we hope will not be a distraction for you! The study has also been used as a fourth bedroom for when friends and family come to stay. We really must insist that you view this versatile and deceptive property to fully appreciate the amount of space on offer.

What the Owner says:

There were many reasons why we bought our home, but the huge kitchen, large bathroom, 24ft garage and multiple off road parking were just a few.We love where we live because the transport links to Portsmouth and London are fantastic, yet we are only seconds away from glorious country walks. There is also a lovely country pub within walking distance and the local schools are excellent. The biggest selling points about our home must be the kitchen/family room and large private rear garden, where we like to sit and watch the deer in the field opposite.
