" Situated within an easy stroll of Waterlooville, it's not just the location that will impress you with this three bedroom 1930's semi detached house.
Space and height are both themes that you will notice running throughout this family home. The 26ft lounge/dining room certainly demonstrates this and has dual aspect windows that allow plenty of light to flood into the room. There is also more than enough room for your sofa's and a dining room table with chairs, which makes this a very sociable room.
The kitchen/breakfast room again has space for a table and chairs, making it an idea place to catch up over breakfast. There is also a downstairs utility room so at least you can keep some of your appliances out of the kitchen!. Upstairs the theme of space is again continued with three good sized bedrooms, which means there shouldn't be any arguments over someone getting the box room. There is an attractive bathroom upstairs and a separate WC downstairs.
If all this still isn't enough then the garden is sure to convince you, this 80ft lawned rear garden gets the sun until late in the Summer months and is ideal for children to run around in, or just sit back with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the sun.

What the Owner says:

I bought Rowlands Avenue about 14 years ago, mainly because of the location. Waterlooville Town centre is only a 5-10 minute walk away and there are some very good schools close by and a lovely park at the end of the road.
When I first brought the property I needed to commute to work so the motorway access was very important. The A27 to Portsmouth and A3 to London are literally five minutes away and of course, the tunnel is open now.
The road is good for parking but having the driveway means you never need to worry about parking as well.
