" A rare opportunity to purchase this well proportioned two bedroom detached bungalow set within large gardens amounting in all to just over half an acre. The property is in need of extensive renovation and there is tremendous potential to extend or demolish and rebuild, subject to the necessary planning consents. The accommodation comprises covered entrance porch with quarry tiled flooring and courtesy light, hardwood front door to the entrance hall with hatch to the roof space, built-in cloaks cupboard and separate airing cupboard. The large living room has a splay bay double glazed window with bench seat, fitted gas fire set in a tiled surround, double and single radiators and double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear garden. The adjoining dining room has double glazed windows to two aspects and door to the kitchen which is fitted with a basic range of units comprising single drainer sink unit, cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces, built-in larder with shelving, plumbing for an automatic washing machine and a double glazed door to the outside.
