The accommodation comprises of entrance hallway with stairs rising to the first floor. There is a kitchen with access to the rear lobby and ground floor WC. The lounge leads through to the conservatory which offers access to the rear garden. There is also a separate dining room. To the first floor are four bedrooms and bathroom. Paulsgrove is situated to the North West of Portsmouth City and located between the village of Portchester and Cosham Town Centre. Much of the area was built in the early 1950 s to house the populous of Portsmouth due to the terrible destruction the city suffered during the W.W. II. Over 60 years later Paulsgrove is a thriving community it its own right. Within touching distance of the village of Portchester at the foot of Portsdown Hill. It benefits from a train station which provides a mainline service to London Waterloo. There is a choice of motorway access either at Fareham

(M27 Junction 10) or Cosham

(M27 Junction 11). Locally there are a range of shops in the precinct along with an outdoor market every Wednesday. Portchester is perhaps most well known for its Castle with parts dating back to Roman Occupation.
