" A great size family semi-detached located close to Springfield Senior school and within the catchment area for Court Lane primary school. The property has been extended by the present owners to create larger ground floor accommodation with a lounge/diner and a downstairs bathroom. There is room for more enlargement as the loft has been converted as an occasional room with a drop down ladder. This could make a perfect fourth bedroom

(subject to usual permissions). The other feature that makes this property stand out is the 9'8 wide own driveway which leads to the former garage (now workshop) which measures 24' x 13' (externally). A side extension, therefore, is another possibility (subject to usual permissions). The accommodation comprises, to the ground floor, a formal living room, the 24'1 extended lounge/diner, a modern fitted kitchen and downstairs bathroom with corner bath plus a larger than average entrance porch.
