" East Cosham Road is a quiet tree lined residential road located in the requested location of the Drayton hill slopes, situated between the Drayton Village shopping area and Cosham High Street with a mixture of high street stores and local small traders combined with restaurants, pubs and take away food outlets.

The property is in the catchment area for Court Lane schools and Springfield School. A number of nurseries are within short walking distance. Drayton park is a short walk away offering a play area, bike track and lawn bowls club.
