" A beautiful late Victorian/early 20th century property that has been modernised to a high standard by the present owners. This five bedroom semi has two en-suites and a family bathroom, arranged over three floors with a floor area approaching 2,500 sq ft. This property falls within the catchment areas of Solent Junior and Springfield Senior schools and is close to a Tesco Metro & Post Office.The accommodation comprises three reception areas, a kitchen/breakfast room and a large conservatory/garden room. Also downstairs is a cloakroom. To the first floor are four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and one which is used as a study. The family bathroom
