" Looking up at this red brick home you can tell before you even set foot in the door that it has been very much loved. Walking into the wide hallway the potential oozes from every corner, you could really turn it into something special with some sympathetic restoration. Both the reception rooms are light and bright and good sizes – they are just waiting for someone with an eye for detail to come and make a start. Upstairs the rooms are just as sunny and looking out of the main bedroom window you can see the Downs in the distance.
With a garden which has room for a veggie patch, and parking at the front there are plenty of ‘plus’ points about this house - and for anyone who is prepared to put in a bit of work to achieve a fabulous family home then this is the one you should look at.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

In the 1950s our parents were hunting for the perfect property in which to start and raise a family, this one with its three bedrooms and two receptions caught their eye and its now been in the family for almost 60 years. We have such fond memories of family lunches in the dining room and barbeques in the garden that selling is sad, however this house was built to be a family home and now its time for the next family to take over. We were very happy growing up here, loving the walks and beaches that are only minutes away. With the village just around the corner it really has the best of both worlds.
