" Everybody wants to live in Rochester Road, but rarely an opportunity comes up for you to acquire a three bedroom property in this location. This cherished home has come to the market after many years as a family home. This location is regarded as a sought after area and is protected as a conservation area and when you walk or drive down the road you notice the older style street lighting, the original pavements and the original porches still on a lot of the properties, keeping the road looking as it did many years ago. Three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom take up the first floor of this home and downstairs the front living room has a grand square bay window allowing great light into this room. The rear reception is currently a lounge diner with the kitchen off it, making the layout quite modern in use of space but it will need to have a new kitchen and decoration to bring it up to modern day standards but with a bit of vision it will become an even more delightful family home.
