" You have to see this house it is fantastic. All through this semi detached house you can just see that real thought has been put into making this house a dream home for somebody. On the ground floor you have a fabulous dining room where entertaining your friends would be fantastic and with the kitchen immediately adjacent no need to miss out on all the fun whilst your cooking. For the summer months the modern kitchen leads via French doors to the sunny garden again a wonderful place for evening drinks on those occasional summer evenings. Incidentally side access saves anyone dragging refuse or bikes through the house. The lounge, well take a look its big, its light as the sun really does stream in through the big bay window, contemporary fireplace and decor mixed nicely with ornate coving and high skirting’ s. A similar theme runs through the whole house with original tiled hallway and side access, the upstairs has a Master bedroom with a large bay window and two additional bedrooms will save any arguments. Another must see is the bathroom, very clever bath and shower cubicle combination is something I have not seen before and gives you both in an area that it may have been difficult to fit it all in normally. Situated a very short walk from a local park , close to London Rail links this property is something that should be top of your viewing list.

Being semi-detached was a real plus to me and I love the fact that the garden is so accessible from both inside and outside. Its location with the park, tennis courts, seafront and the shops for my daughter, made this a great choice and I have really made this my home and hope that others will appreciate what I have done to the place.
