" What a little gem!! Perfect for gardeners who want a project. Two fruitful apple trees to keep any family in crumble and pies all winter are the crowning glory of this large garden surrounding the whole bungalow. Inside, along with a lovely welcoming feeling, the lounge is flooded with light and yes, it’s a little bit dated but wow! think of what you can do with it. The kitchen overlooks the back garden and brings to mind cakes baking as in bygone years, and what a view whilst washing up! Around a five minute walk to the nearest beach and with the village shop just around the corner there are few locations more ideal for those who looking for a quiet village life.

What the Owner says:

The 20 years that my mum lived so happily here will be fondly remembered, but having inherited the property it is just not practical to keep it, and so we have made the sad decision to sell. We hope that the new owners will enjoy tending the old fashioned cottage garden and after all that hard work a quick trip to the local pub would be well deserved. Totland is a lovely place to live where there is always something going on from the Christmas pantomime (always worth a visit) to the Summer Fete in July, and we wish who ever chooses it to be their new home a lot of luck for the future.
