" Alert all buyers : this second floor apartment is perfect as it is ready to move straight into. The decor throughout is simple and refreshing and really makes the apartment stand out. The views from the kitchen are lovely looking across the neighbouring farm land, you would not know you were in the heart of Totland. The current owners have made the most of the space available creating a second bedroom which takes a double bed and with its views, is just right for your visitors. Walking into the lounge you are instantly aware of how bright it is but as the winter nights draw in the fire will be perfect for warming cold toes! If you are buying for the first time or looking for a holiday home you would not be disappointed as this apartment offers location, low maintenance and style.

We were very excited when this apartment came on the market and knew immediately it was the perfect project for us. It has taken a while to fully refurbish but it has been enjoyable, and the comments we received have made it worthwhile. In the morning, when making the tea I pull up the kitchen blind and let the light pour in, then I can tell exactly what the day will bring. As we enjoy entertaining, it was great to find we had space for a good size table in the kitchen. Now we would like a garden, and as the paint brushes have dried it is a good time to move on.
