" Pulling onto the paved driveway you know that you are not going to be disappointed. At the front door and glancing up you can't help but notice the two lovely round windows, and once inside the home the attention to detail which the local carpenter has put into all the windows cannot be ignored. From the comfortable sitting room to the family size dining room both of which have French doors out to the garden, so that in the summer you can hop in and out depending on what you are doing, there is plenty of space for everyone. We must mention the beautiful dark wooden staircase, with its stunning carvings and the pretty Victorian glass loft hatch letting light flood down onto it, which is definitely something you will want to stop and admire.Anyone who is looking for something with potential, this house could be just what you need as it boasts an annexe with its own entrance porch and door. Once inside the feeling is that you are in a private bungalow and it would be perfect to let out, use as a ‘granny’ annexe, or even park the awkward teenager! The property oozes possibilities and for anyone wanting privacy and a pleasant outlook then stop reading now, and pick up the phone.

What the Owner says:

As we had a big family space was very important to us, and when we found this home we knew instantly it would work for all of us. Once we had decorated it to our tastes and settled in we found that not only the layout worked well but when mother came to live with us we had no worries about accommodating her. With plenty of room to spare we were able to get a local builder to create a lovely one-bedroom annexe for her, which was well used for nearly 15 years. Being tucked away many people drive by without knowing where we are, and the grandchildren love the fact we can walk down to the beach easily, and after paddling in the sea we always have a delicious ice cream for the walk home.
