This one bedroom apartment is positioned on the 1st floor in the 'annex' addition to this listed period building, which is nicely set back from the beach access road within the scenic village of Bonchurch. The building itself has many period features still evident and a wonderful history involving past royalty. Although the apartment itself is not integrated into the original mansion house it can be accessed via the main hallway with it's mosaic floor and glorious cantilever staircase. Our pictures show the care that has been taken to restore and highlight these features, including the ornate skylight above the hall and stairs. The lawned grounds are communal and enjoy a South aspect towards the English Channel and the apartment can be approached across these grounds, to the left of the building, up a slope and through a door to a shared hallway. In the approach to this area there is an additional shrub garden and a shared drying area. Inside the apartment there is one bedroom, a living room which is open plan to the kitchen area and a bathroom, with shower over. In between the bathroom and kitchen is a small lobby housing the washing machine. Other features include a 1.9m x 1.35m cupboard, 2 storage cupboards off the main house landing, an allocated parking space and visitors parking.
