Located on the fringe of the seaside town of Ventnor is this first floor flat occupying the entire upper floor of this period building, with an electrical store currently occupying the ground floor. The flat has the benefit of its own entrance, staircase and a private garden to the rear. On the entrance level there is a good size hall area, store cupboard under the stairs, lobby with utility cupboard off and a door to access the rear garden. The Georgian style period staircase leads to the landing which has all rooms off. The bay window living room is at the front and is well proportioned. A lovely feature of this room is the unique curved glazed panels at either end of the bay window. The main bedroom is also well proportioned and has a lovely feature fireplace as a focal point. The second bedroom at the rear is a double and the kitchen, overlooking the garden, has ample space for a small dining or breakfast table. The shower and WC is at the end of the landing to the rear.
