" Awesome views from this wonderful family detached house are there to enjoy. When sitting in your dining room or enjoying your garden you will have your breath taken away when looking over the town out to sea and Culver Cliff. It's truly stunning and worth every penny! The house is blessed with three bedrooms upstairs and Bedroom 2 has the best view in the house. A great size living room, separate dining room and a family style kitchen makes this an ideal home to enjoy with the kids or just chill out and take in the scenery. A few minutes from the town but also tucked away in a small cul de sac gives this house everything - quiet peaceful living with everything you need just down the road. Not only have you got all this, we have a driveway and garage - perfect for tucking away the car in the winter during the frosty nights and mornings. Also, being double glazed and gas centrally heated, means you can all live snug throughout the winter and in the summer evenings get out there and enjoy those barbeques and relish the views .....

What the Owner says:

I came over from the mainland to find a house for me and the kids and just lap up a better quality of lifestyle on the Isle of Wight. Shanklin hit me with a storm and I fell for it straight away, and after viewing 20 plus houses - I stepped into this house, into the garden and I could see the sea! It was sold, I bought it there and then and we have absolutely loved every moment here, its so safe, quiet and my neighbours are just the best - I have been overwhelmed with the friendly spirit since moving here. My kids have loved it and so have I.
