" AGENTS COMMENTS This spacious, detached bungalow occupies a generously sized corner plot and is in an elevated position, enjoying beautiful views. Shanklin's town centre, Old Village, numerous supermarkets and excellent transport links across the Island, including the train station are all nearby, making this a very convenient place to live. The beautiful, golden, sandy beach is also within easy reach. Internally, the accommodation comprises three bedrooms, bathroom, 17ft kitchen and the 21ft lounge/diner with a log burner. Outside, there is a fantastic garden to enjoy when the sun is shining, driveway parking and the garage which provides the always handy additional storage. A great bungalow that is very suitable for family life, due to its size and layout. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We have absolutely loved living here for the last ten years. It is a lovely, quiet and peaceful place to come home to after a stressful day at work. We love the views and the convenient location close to Shanklin's town centre. We have got lovely neighbours all around us who have become good friends over the last decade. We have taken the decision to downsize as we do not need all of the space here, both inside and outside.
