" This is a superb example of a Victorian built property oozing with so many original features from sash windows and high ceilings with beautiful ceiling roses. It's very deceptive in size and could easily have more bedrooms added to it upstairs by splitting the master bedroom or by changing the ensuite back to a small guest room. The road is one of the quietest you could come across and one of the widest, and tree lined with a large frontage, leaving the house well set back. The views are an added bonus; an unexpected surprise to look for from the 17 foot master bedroom are the sea views out across Shanklin - they will knock you back!Another favourite feature of this impressive house is the size of rear garden - it's huge and once you sit in the suntrap at the top of the garden you can relax and enjoy with a glass or two whilst looking back over the fine example of this property. If you are keen to have a garage or workshop, then this 20ft garage with a workshop off it will keep you busy for hours.

What the Owner says:

I have had 25 wonderful years in my beautiful home. The peaceful location is superb; I have been able to walk to the beach, town and train station - they are all just minutes away. The time has come for me to downsize and let someone else enjoy the privilege of residing in a beautiful Victorian property with wonderful views and a beautiful garden. I replaced the boiler 5 years ago and the house was re-wired and re-plumbed about 15 years ago. I have kept the house with many original features to keep the character. I'm sure it will not be long before someone falls for 12 Clarence Road; so good luck and I wish to many happy years ahead.
