" Anyone visiting here would agree instantly that this is a lovely block of apartments in a gem of a location. Howard Road is a really quiet cul de sac with direct access to the coastal cliff path and from there are the most breathtaking views and scenery you will ever come across! The apartments are well set back with the beautiful communal gardens and ample parking for residents and visitors. In the past the residents have won awards for 'Shanklin in Bloom'!Flat 10 is located on the ground floor and does have the benefit of having its own patio area off the lounge which is accessed via the double glazed sliding patio doors. This is just a perfect sunspot throughout the day and we're sure the new owners will enjoy this for hours during the year. At the back of the block there are more communal garden areas, over which the kitchen and rear bedroom look. The property also has a garage which is of a good size.This really is a superb spot; the new owners may want to upgrade the inside a little but it's sure to please someone for many happy years ahead.

Our Mother was over the moon when she found this delightful spacious ground floor apartment after looking at many properties. It is brilliantly situated and the sun pours in for much of the day. The apartment has its own garage, a very useful bonus, but there is also ample parking space at the front for visitors. The gardens are beautifully maintained. The cliff path and outstanding sea views are only a short walk away, as is the local convenience store. Other amenities are close by and the popular seaside resorts of Shanklin and Sandown are within easy walking distance. In addition, regular bus services run from the end of Howard Road. Our Mother enjoyed many happy years here.
