When I was looking for a flat to buy on the island 6 years ago, I had an idea in mind that I would be able to find a large two bedroom flat that was a good size, with some original style features. After several weeks worth of viewings, I had given up hope of finding what I was looking for – until I came across this lovely, roomy two bedroom first floor converted flat, it was actually bigger than I was looking for! I was immediately in love with the original features all around the flat and the fact that there was the potential there to improve the property – which we have done. I shall miss the flat and the location a lot, but I am sure the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have.
