" “Wow! I could live here and I’m really fussy!” They were words going through my head as I sat down in the beautifully bright and sunny 22ft lounge, and I hadn’t even seen how fantastic the rest of the property was.Robert and Tracy bought this bungalow from us 2 & half years ago after falling in love with the lounge, which opens out onto the stunning rear garden, where their two children enjoy many happy hours playing.This property backs onto woodland and Sandown & Shanklin's golf course beyond with views of the downs. At the very end of the rear garden you will find a large workshop with substantial decked area ideal for summer relaxation.

We feel that this property would suit a wide range of buyers, it’s not your stereo typical bungalow, it’s fresh, clean modern interior will surely appeal to a younger market whilst the quiet and peaceful location may be more suited to people approaching retirement age.Although my favourite room is unquestionably the lounge, you will definitely be impressed with the large conservatory which is both spacious and versatile, as it is currently used as a dining room.What are you waiting for……..? We made a lifestyle decision to move to the island from Poole, we have always been attracted by it’s charm and the more laid back way of life here! As soon as we stood in the lounge and saw the garden, that was it, we were on the phone and putting in an offer before anyone else could! We have kept our home as up together as we can and we installed new double glazing and interior doors not long after moving in – so the new owners can just put the key in the door, walk in and start living straight away. We are looking for a larger home now, but we shall definitely miss what has been a happy family home.
