" AGENTS COMMENTS A new life awaits the lucky new owners of this charming, characterful and spacious semi-detached family home, located just a stones throw away from the high street and the golden, sandy beaches along the esplanade. For daily life, all of your local amenities are close by with the local Tesco's and travel links around the corner. French doors open out onto the rear garden which has been landscaped to make a tranquil and peaceful area to relax in. You also have the added benefit of having the off street parking, so there's no need to hunt for somewhere to park at the end of a long day. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We have loved living here for the last seven years, being so close to the beach, town centre and the cliff path is a real bonus. The stunning scenery nearby with the cliff path and seafront will be something we will miss as we love walking our dogs along these routes. We have fantastic neighbours here and they have made living here a pleasurable experience.
