" Wow! It’s huge!
They were the words going through my head as I stood in the corner of the massive kitchen, in this impressive Victorian semi-detached family just a few moments walk away from Sandown’s high street and the beautiful golden, award winning beach. As you walk through the house space and light are two words which will definitely be in your mind. There are two good size reception rooms on the ground floor to compliment the 14ft kitchen, whilst on the first floor you will absolutely love the 11ft bathroom which has the added bonus of having a shower in cubicle separate from the bath – and measures 11ft in length!!
Completing the first floor is a separate wc and two genuinely good sized double bedrooms. When you tire of being on the beach, there is also a lovely garden to the rear of the house which has areas laid to timber decked patio and lawn. This is indeed an excellent home which will suit many different types of buyer.

What the Owner says:

We were surprised, in fact blown away, by the size of this house when we viewed it – we had seen quite a few houses in between Sandown and Shanklin but nothing that had so much space and with such an excellent layout that really suited our style as well as our needs. The fact that it is virtually on the beach gave the house another huge tick in the boxes for our requirements, it’s simply fantastic to be so close to the golden sands of Sandown beach throughout the long hot summer months. We have made a couple of improvements to the house in recent times and we believe that our home will suit a wide variety of people looking on the island.
