You are in the heart of Winford which is a beautiful, rural location but with the added bonus of being within easy reach of Newport, Sandown and Shanklin.Once you return home from a day out in the countryside or perhaps one of the many nearby beaches, the bungalow provides a lovely, calming place to relax and enjoy an evening in the wonderfully created landscaped rear garden. The garden is a good size and offers a fair degree of privacy, should you wish to get the barbecue out of the garage to show off your cooking skills!Upon moving into the bungalow, one thing you won’t be arguing about is who has the smallest bedroom as there isn’t a small bedroom here – all three bedrooms are a very generous size, which is a rarity for such a modern home. My wife and I looked long and hard for a suitable bungalow, seven years ago, within the Winford area and we were delighted when we found this newly built property that perfectly suited our needs.

The property is secluded, yet spacious. The garden has been professionally designed and well maintained. We have had many happy times here, being close to National Trust Borthwood Copse and only a short distance from the popular and picturesque, sea side resorts in the Sandown Bay area.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient, we will certainly miss being here !!
