" This house was designed and built in the late 1950’s by a family local to the Winford and Apse Heath area, so it’s fair to say that it’s been built with love and care, and with everything you could wish for if you are looking for a large family home in a stunning rural location. For those who love the outdoors and exploring the countryside, Borthwood Copse is just a short walk away, as are the many footpaths and bridal paths providing excellent walks and cycle tracks surrounded by stunning scenery. It truly is an excellent place for the children to live and enjoy a healthy outdoors lifestyle. When you tire of exploring the countryside or get back from the beach, the house itself is large, sunny and truly a delightful place to spend your evening together as a family. There are three reception rooms as well as a cloakroom, 15ft kitchen and utility room. Whilst upstairs is the surprising fact that there are four double bedrooms – something of a rarity these days. The house is big, bright and every room is spacious and light, and the house always feels warm and sunny. Outside the garden is an absolute sun-trap and is the perfect setting for many an enjoyable afternoon or evening with friends and family, whilst showing off your barbecue skills and having a glass or two of wine!
This house has so many fantastic features that it’s impossible to list them all, so call Pittis now and arrange to come along and view the house before it’s too late.
