" AGENTS COMMENTS In this amazing house all of the best parties are held in the lounge, not the kitchen! The stunning, hub of the home' is one of the best rooms you will ever see for family get togethers. Christmas dinners and birthday parties will be on another level here! The current owners have done much to this house in recent times to make it the modern, up together, contemporary family home it is now, and the new owners will have nothing more stressful to do upon moving in other than to decide where to put the furniture and television. Internally the house comprises four bedrooms (two en-suite), bathroom, cloakroom, a 16ft kitchen/breakfast room, study room and the 26ft x 26ft lounge/diner and is spread over three floors. Outside there are two driveways, a detached garage with power and lighting for additional storage. A truly wonderful home in a tranquil, calming setting that provides the perfect place to retire to after a stressful day at work. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We fell in love with the house, the garden and the tranquillity of the location when we first saw this property twelve years ago. It seemed like a safe, peaceful place to raise our family, and so it has proved to be. The space on offer here and the layout make it a great home for entertaining family and friends. We have lived amongst brilliant neighbours during our time here. It is a great place to live if you enjoy countryside walks and beautiful scenery. On a hot summers day the beaches are not too far away. The large, private garden has been the setting for plenty of barbeques when the sun is shining. The local school at Newchurch is renowned for being one of the best on the Island.
