" You can hold some party in this lounge or maybe practice your ballroom dancing, play football or hockey!!That was what was going through my mind as I stepped into the 26ft lounge and thought "this would be brilliant to be in this house at christmas, there would be so much space to sit and open the presents with the family"!This lovely big room has an impressive stone built fireplace and beautiful wooden flooring, which not only looks good but is very practical when you have little ones and family pets coming back in after playing in the spacious secluded rear garden.The lounge is not the only reason to call us to come and see this superb family home, but in our opinion it's one of the best lounges we have seen in quite some time. All the bedrooms are double rooms and you have the choice of three bathrooms causing less stress and arguing in the morning over who gets ready first!This genuinely is a must see house so call Pittis now!

I love the rural location of Alverstone Garden Village so much I have only moved down the road and left this house for you as a blank canvas to come and put your own individual style in place.I feel that a family looking for the quiet life, with the energy to care for the grounds and who enjoy being outdoors would be best suited here. Whoever buys my old family home will find out pretty soon that there really is no place like home and that it is a lovely close neighbourhood with a real sense of community being an important factor.
