" This modern end terrace house is situated in the ever popular Village of Binstead with both bus routes and various schools all close to hand, in particular Binstead Primary which we understand is a popular choice for many. The community centre is just a few minutes away and is the ideal facility to interact with the local people for social gatherings and events. There is a convenience store in the village although the neighbouring principle town of Ryde is host to a more comprehensive selection of facilities including a supermarket, shops, doctors surgeries, banks etc, and this is just a short drive or bus journey away. The nearest open space is Dame Anthony's Common which is popular with dog walkers and where you can enjoy the fresh air and stretch your legs.
