" This extremely well presented town house sits proudly in the heart of East Cowes moments from the “Red Funnel” Car ferry terminal.
A lovely family home it also presents the perfect opportunity for those looking for a second home to holiday let. Parking is at a premium, so close to the town and this residence provides an off road parking space as well as a detached garage for you to securely store a vehicle. Well laid out over three levels the property allows a family to spread out comfortably on each one. There are three double bedrooms and one single with a family bathroom on the middle floor and an en-suite shower adjoining the master bedroom on the top, which means there should no more waiting in line for the washroom.
