" This modern semi detached home is situated in the popular Osborne Heights development. On the ground level the front door opens onto an entrance hall with a neatly fitted downstairs cloakroom, the passage way takes you on through to a spacious lounge which is the width of the house. Being a recently built property it’s fully double glazed and due to the modern heating system installed this home is extremely warm and has the remainder of its NHBC warranty to offer. A smartly presented kitchen dining area occupies the rear of the property and there is a useful under stairs cupboard which is an extremely useful for storage space. French doors provide access out to the rear garden which is enclosed by wood panel fencing and mainly gravelled with a patio area for BBQ's. There is also a pedestrian door to the detached garage. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and three bedrooms comprising of two doubles and one single. The master bedroom enjoys the benefit of its own en-suite shower room. Outside to the front there is off road parking for one to two vehicles and the driveway leads on to the up and over door garage. East Cowes has a handful of local shops restaurants and amenities it’s also home to the newly built Waitrose supermarket the location offers relatively easy access into Newport and there is a floating bridge (free for foot passengers) which can take you across to Cowes, where you can catch the high speed catamaran service which connects to nearby Southampton.

We have found Osborne Heights an extremely quiet and friendly development and we have very much enjoyed living here, Its become even better now that have the Waitrose supermarket just down the road and there is also the convenience of the Red funnel ferry terminal providing easy access to travel by car to nearby Southampton.
